Acceptance
By installing or using KetoSpot ("the App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't install the App.
What KetoSpot does — and what it isn't
KetoSpot analyses restaurant menus and free-text dish descriptions to suggest which items are likely keto-friendly (low net carbs, moderate protein, high fat). The verdicts are produced by AI and based on best-effort macro estimation. KetoSpot is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consulting a healthcare professional. You are responsible for verifying ingredients and macros with the restaurant before ordering.
Access
KetoSpot is account-free — you can use it without creating an account or signing in. The free tier includes a limited number of AI scans per month; unlimited scans require a subscription (see below).
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI model.
- Don't use the App to scan content you don't have the right to photograph.
- Don't use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't bulk-scan or otherwise abuse the AI quota assigned to your install.
Subscriptions
Some features are unlocked by an auto-renewing subscription managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices and trial terms are shown in the App before you buy.
Intellectual property
The App, brand, design, and code are © 2026 SHYBER / Oleg Sharshakov. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal use.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is". No warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of nutrition information, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHYBER's total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
