End-User Licence Agreement
1. Licence grant
SHYBER ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run KetoSpot (the "Software") on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the Software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or the AI model.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
- Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.
3. Updates
The Licensor may update, change, or discontinue the Software or any feature at any time. Updates are subject to this EULA unless a separate licence accompanies them.
4. Subscriptions
Some features require an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, governed by those stores' terms and the App's Terms of Use. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in your store account settings.
5. Apple & Google specific provisions
iOS: This EULA is concluded between you and SHYBER. Apple is not a party. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Software. In case of failure to conform to applicable warranty, Apple's maximum liability is limited to the refund of the price paid for the Software.
Android: Google is not a party to this EULA. Distribution is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service in addition to this EULA.
6. Termination
This Licence terminates automatically if you breach any term, or when the Licensor terminates this licence. Upon termination you must uninstall the Software.
7. Disclaimer of warranties & liability
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
8. Governing law
This Licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
